Housing Prices on Rise in Tbilisi – Mtatsminda Remains to be Most Expensive District

In recent decades housing prices in Tbilisi have been on rise. However, legislative changes have created a climate of uncertainty and fear.
Cushman & Wakefield Georgia report reads which studied residential apartment prices per one square meter in Tbilisi, according to which apartments in Mtatsminda are the most expensive.
In Mtatsminda the price of 1 square meter is $1 032, followed by Vake where an average price per one square meter is $ 985. The third position is occupied by Saburtalo, where the price of one square meter is $ 899.
As for the rest of the districts, the rating is as follows:
Krtsanisi – $ 798
Chugureti – $ 733
Didube – $ 687
Isani – $ 575
Gldani – $ 550
Nadzaladevi – $ 544
Samgori – $ 512
