Natia Turnava to Meet Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia
Natia Turnava met Suren Papikyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, who now remains in Georgia on a working visit.
According to the information provided by the press of the Ministry, ministers discussed the matters of future economic collaborations and pointed out the sectors of transport and energetics.
Natia Turnava introduced Armenian counterpart with reforms and benefits existing in the energy sector. Parties examined rehabilitation and building processes for energy infrastructure in the country.
Also, they stated, that Armenia receives energy carriers in passing Georgian territory. Thus, power supply without fail has a huge effect on functioning of Georgia’s transport infrastructure.
Natia Turnava also introduced Armenian minister to the planned projects aiming development of road and transport infrastructure. They also discussed the matters of future collaboration opportunities within the framework of the united development of regional transit passages.
